ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless you received goods damaged in transit or an error was made by The No-Fault Zone® in filling the order. Within seven (7) calendar days of receipt, e-mail to The No-Fault Zone: contact@thenofaultzone.com a brief description of the damage and/or error in filling your order, and request a return approval number. For approved returns, The No-Fault Zone will pay return postage and will replace non-conforming goods.
